These Terms of Use (hereinafter 'Terms') define the conditions for accessing and using the Honax platform, accessible via the website and mobile applications.

Access to the Honax platform requires prior registration. The user creates a professional account with personal and confidential credentials for which they are solely responsible.

Honax is a management platform for construction and service professionals. It offers the following features:

• Appointment and schedule management.
• Lead and client request management.
• Client database management.
• Email, SMS, and push notifications.

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Take responsibility for client data entered on the platform.

The Honax platform, its logos, trademarks, and all content therein are the exclusive property of BM GROUP SAS. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

The user retains full ownership of the data they enter on the platform.

Honax undertakes to provide an available and functional service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability (100%). In the event of failure, Honax's liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the user during the last 12 months.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where Honax processes end-client data on behalf of the customer organisation, the Data Processing Agreement available in the client Trust Center forms an integral part of these Terms.

The user may terminate their account at any time. Deletion of the account and associated data may be requested by email to contact@honax.fr.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nanterre shall have sole jurisdiction.

Honax may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law or its contractual commitments. Users are notified by email at least 30 days before a material amendment takes effect. Where renewed acceptance is required, an owner or administrator of the organisation must review and expressly accept the new version in the application before continuing to use the Service on behalf of the organisation.
