Honax & Orange
An Orange line, landline or mobile, forwards to Honax from the customer area or with a keypad code. You keep your number, your contract and your billing: only what happens to unanswered calls changes.
Honax does not replace your line, it picks up the calls it loses. No porting, no migration: conditional forwarding is enough, and it comes off as fast as it goes on.
How it works
It announces itself as an AI, understands the request, checks the area and the service, then offers a real slot in your schedule.
Transcript, summary, contact details and appointment land in the dashboard, and as a notification if you want one.
What changes
- You keep your number, your carrier and your contract
- Life-threatening emergencies are redirected to the local emergency services
- Forwarding is removed from your carrier account, without going through us
