When the ERP is the system of record, Honax sits upstream: it captures and qualifies, then drops the request where your processes already handle it.
How it works
Every Honax event goes to your middleware, with a signature, a request id and automatic retries.
Clients, requests and appointments are readable with an API key, with documented quotas.
What changes
